Terms of service

These terms are between Rocky Mountain Apps ("we", "us") and the business that signs up ("you"). By subscribing you agree to them.

The service

SavedJob texts people who called your business and weren't answered, uses an AI assistant to collect the details of their request, and sends you a lead summary. Optionally, the Content Pack provides marketing videos and posts for your approval. We may improve or change features over time.

Your account and responsibilities

• You must be authorized to forward calls for the phone numbers you give us.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of your business details, FAQ, prices and time windows. The assistant only knows what you tell it.
• You'll review leads and confirm appointments yourself. The assistant doesn't confirm appointments or make binding promises on your behalf.
• You'll comply with the laws that apply to your business communications. We design the service to send only missed-call replies, but you remain responsible for how you use the leads and conversations.
• Don't use the service for spam, harassment, unlawful content, or anything outside responding to people who contacted you.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. There is no contract. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@savedjob.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, except as stated in the guarantee below. The founding-shop price applies for as long as your account stays continuously active.

The price includes up to 1,000 texts per month. If your usage is far above that, we'll contact you before changing anything.

30-day guarantee

If we don't help you recover at least one job in the first 30 days after your texts go live, we'll refund your first month's payment (or, for annual plans, one month's share) on request. A recovered job means a lead delivered by the service that you booked, as shown in your weekly report. Ask within 44 days of going live.

Carrier registration and timing

Texting from a local number requires registration with US carriers. Approval is outside our control and usually takes about two weeks. We'll tell you the expected go-live date and update you if it changes.

Third-party services

The service relies on providers for telephone and text delivery, AI processing, hosting and payments. Outages or delays at those providers or at your phone carrier can affect delivery. We aren't responsible for carrier filtering of messages.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is". AI responses can be imperfect, and we can't guarantee any number of leads, bookings or revenue. Revenue figures in reports and on this site are estimates. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
